Thank you very much for participating in the ICCSE 2026 (China) conference. The registration fee for this year’s conference is as follows:

  • Regular participant: SGD 1,000 (RMB 5,300)
  • Student participant: SGD 500 (RMB 2,650)
  • Online participant: SGD 300 (RMB 1,600)
  • Exhibition participant (company): SGD 5,000 (RMB 25,600), including 4 regular participants.
  • Exhibition participant (university/research institute/non-profit organization): SGD 2,500 (RMB 12,800), including 2 regular participants.

Payment methods: On-site payment can be made through three mobile payment methods: Paynow, Alipay, or WeChat Pay Upon receipt of payment, the conference organizing committee will provide the payer with an conference standard receipt.

For Chinese participants: 非常感谢您参加ICCSE 2026（中国）会议，今年的会议注册费收取标准为：

  • 常规参会者：人民币5300元（或1000新加坡元）
  • 学生参会者：人民币2650元（或500新加坡元）
  • 线上参会者：人民币1600元（或300新加坡元）
  • 参展企业：人民币25,600元（或5,000新加坡元），含4名正式参会者名额。
  • 参展大学/研究机构/非营利组织等：人民币12,800元（或2,500新加坡元），含2名正式参会者名额。

缴费方式：会议现场可通过三种移动支付方式支付，Paynow，支付宝，或微信支付 收款后会务组将为缴费人提供国际会议标准收据。 由于部分中国参会人员提出需要中国版式的发票，组委会与惠众智链(北京)网络科技有限公司、海南会先生科技股份有限公司签署了会务服务授权，由这两家公司代为收取会议注册费（开具“*会展服务*会议注册费”或“*生产生活服务*会议注册费”增值税电子普通发票，备注内容默认为参会人姓名ICCSE2026会议注册费），请需要中国发票的参会人转账到以下账号，转账时备注信息：单位+姓名+ICCSE2026：

Visa application tips:

To make sure you have enough time to prepare, please apply for your visa at least 1 month before your intended arrival date. And please ensure that you don’t apply the Tourist (“L”) visa for this conference. 1. Visa Exemption (No Pre-Arranged Visa Needed) Citizens of 54 countries (including Singapore, Canada) enjoy 30 days visa-free entry to mainland China (valid until Dec 31, 2026; Russia until Sep 14, 2026). The 30-day stay is calculated from the day after entry and cannot be extended. Upon arrival, please ensure that you select “Visiting/Business” in the “Purpose of this trip” section of your arrival card. 2. Visa Application for Non-Exempt Countries You must apply for a visa in advance at a Chinese embassy/consulate or visa application center worldwide. China has implemented full online visa processing (https://consular.mfa.gov.cn/VISA/); you will still need to submit your passport and provide biometrics (fingerprints) in person.
